2nd year in full flow......

Five days into the second year and things are back to the way they were….had heard that second year would be 'chill' comparatively....so much for that comment !!... had two ‘deliverables’ (assignments for submission) on Monday. Enjoyed the Sunday thoroughly…..started work in the evening….went for a surprise treat at night…..broke sweat as the realisation drew upon ;-) , lot of work to do….worked through the night….slept 0510hrs….put an alarm to wake up well in time for the 0845hrs class….actually woke up at 0842hrs…in class by 0847hrs…..n life is back to normal !!

Welcome to 2nd year @WIMWI… ;-)

ciao ppl !
ciao life !

Glad you recovered from your injury and that your life is back to normal. I admire you for not just crying about loosing your left hand and blaming this on the rest of the world. Take care.

hi there!...i am an MBA aspirant and have been searching on the questions related to B school n one of my biggest confusion being 'which one between ISB and IIMs is a better college, considering academics, exposure and most importantly placements? n also is it easier to make it to ISB than to IIMs?'

You being the pefect person to answer my query as you have infact studied in the both the colleges, I would like to ask you if i could bother you with this query?

Hi Sonal:
Well, I can only give consultants’ first response to this- “It depends"....This question can never have a binary answer(Yes/No).....Maybe the comparison isn’t that of apples and oranges but it’s in no way comparative. Firstly, as I mentioned in one of the previous posts both cater to a different segment. Then, it all depends on an individual’s profile.
And again, it's not easier to make it to ISB, simply because of different ways of the admission process...The point being, they r not comparative...
So a straight answer wouldn’t do justice to the analysis...rather concentrate more on your preps rt now....All The Best gal !!
